I learned to make this shake from Eben Pagans personal productivity program (Highly Recommended) blended with ideas from Vince Delmonte Muscle Program (Also Recommended). This shake seriously changed my life. It gives you tons of energy and various health benefits you will notice just after 2 weeks. Just adjust the amount based on if you want to gain or loose weight. Here is the formula i use: 8-12 Ounce Rice Milk, 1 Tbsp Flax Seed, 1 Tbsp Hemp Seed, 1 Tbsp Raw Oatmeal, 1 Scoop Plain Protein, 1 Scoop Berry Green, 1 Scoop Acai Berry and 1 cup Blueberries. Blend for 2 minutes. Enjoy!! NOTE: I recently discover: Add Banana! It kills the Green Taste!

  • clos8a1 says:

isnt that scoop your using for the flax, hemp, and oatmeal equal to 2tbsp??? not 1tbsp?

  • ulemper says:

Yes there is hope, I think people are becoming more aware now than 5 years ago. It seems the trend is picking up.

  • proqxis says:

i agree 100% whole, natural food is best.. its good to see someone like you who is in their early twenties being mindful of diet … there is still hope for humanity! ๐Ÿ˜€

  • ulemper says:

Your right tho, as supplementation is great when you don’t have time and it is better than running into ihops on the way to work! I just feel that the bulk of my meals should be from real food, that keeps my digestive system happier, and for some reason I have seen better overall results that way.

supplementation is good, as long as it is with a diet, you just said it better than I did.

  • proqxis says:

most of this is, technically, ‘whole food’. the powdered stuff is not processed to the point it is denatured. one of the main reasons for supplementing this w/ a diet of ‘real’ food is to save time. you would have to prepare and eat much more calorie for calorie to match what this shake provides nutritionally. not to mention the cost of all that food that you would have to eat before it went bad. some people simply don’t have the time or desire to spend an hour+ preparing and eating breakfast ๐Ÿ™‚

  • ulemper says:

personally my body responds better to real food rather than artificial powders.

supplementation is nice, but supplements are ment to be used..as….well….supplements!

a real breakfast would ultimately make more sense for me, with whole food.

  • proqxis says:

just to add.. if you must alter the main protein sources in this shake, try to make your selection as close to natural as possible… and also keep it limited to one or both of either whole, raw, unpasteurized, unhomogenized milk or casein/egg albumen varieties. these are more slowly digesting proteins and will benefit your desire for sustained energy levels much more effectively. soy protein is kinda useless, in my humble opinion.. but whey is not the way to go for this particular shake.

  • proqxis says:

finding a good whey protein isolate without strange additives or chemically processed alternative sweeteners is difficult enough. even then, its really only useful to your body AFTER a workout with the blood sugar/insulin response to it that is very conducive to muscle repair and glycogen replenishment. in most cases using it in this shake would cause a spike in your blood sugar that would defeat the entire purpose (sustained daytime energy).

  • proqxis says:

a waste as they are ‘all carbs’? why are carbs a waste? there’s absolutely no point in perpetuating a nutritional fallacy started by fad diets and sustained by the ignorance of people who are too lazy to inform themselves and read their labels. berries also serve a lot more purpose than you give them credit for. do your research.

  • managerjohnfranklin says:

For toners and weightlifters; The rice milk is good – better than water or milk as it has more protein and not as much fat (if any) as reg milk. If your not making bars oats etc are a waste as they are all carbs, just the same as the berries, although they would make it taste better, and you do need to have some vits n minerals from somewhere, living soley on protein will kill you. Also as asked by trappedsoul7 rice protein is incomplete but it does work, just not as effective as whey.

  • trappedsoul7 says:

thanks this is great, but isn’t rice protein an imcomplete protein?
why not use whey protein instead?

  • clos8a1 says:

I’m buying all these products for three month supply, I’m convince that is a complete healthy meal and perfect for breakfast thanks

  • blackmarketfitness says:

sweet bro, I really believe in my supplements and shakes.

  • rene1 says:

Great job, looks like a delicious shake. Two comments though, first if you don’t like the taste of the new chapter grean berry you should try Vitagreen. It can be purchased at almost any healthfoid store (Whole foods, etc.) it’s quite tasty and goes great with the rice proyien powder. And I hate to be the bearor of bad news but acรกi is pronounced ah-si-ee. All in all looks wonderful, and best wishes on your journey to health ๐Ÿ™‚

  • OptAumist says:

I bought all the products you posted and have been doing it for about a week and I’m really impressed! thank you!

  • zuyzuy says:

I have to mention that I just discovered if I put BANANA in the shake, it totally eliminates the Green Taste, and make the shake really tasty!

  • zuyzuy says:

Aim to stay under the one hour barrier at the gym. This is counterproductive because natural testosterone levels begin to decline at this mark and the cortisol hormone begins to rise and starts eating up your muscle tissue.
