    There is no holy book. Shamanism is usually passed down through doing, similar to an apprenticeship. There are books on the market today about modern shamanism, but traditionally, its an oral tradition. Check out the website below.

    shamanism encompasses a lot of native traditions that are rarely put into writing. there is no single holy book, and any book that claims to be about shamanism should be viewed as suspect, because it’s not a single religion the way judaism is. there are shamanistic techniques that are pretty widespread, but none are universal to all shamans.
