well i cant really rate them but i always have my failsafe in any of my decks. ultimate obedient fiend, he has, if i remember (i havent played in a long time) 200 points over that of a blue eyes ultimate dragon, and he can only be special summoned if you have no monsters on the field and (another was about the cards in you’re hand but i dont remember.)
