I agree with qserthib, He nailed it in the head. Wrestling is a one on one hand to hand combat sport that calls for stamina, strength, agility, and discipline as well as courage. I should know I broke my collar bone twice within a four week period, but came back the next year and took it all, city and state. It is a fondation that I have alwys carried with me and a discpline that carried me through the U.S Army Rangers.
