Question by Life is good: ayurveda sexual inadequacies?
I need to know if there is something magical in ayurveda proven good, that can cure erectile dysfunction. i have tried lot of doctors but they are say that I am just nervous. but whenever I go for intercourse I loose erection. Please help. Suggest something available in usa.

You can try the herb Ashwagandha(i prefer the tincture, it works faster than capsules). Maca is good to take and try taking the amino acid l’Arginine. Try that combination. the first one is ayurvedic, the other two aren’t, but maca and ashwagandha are good for sex drive. The L’Arginine is an amino acid that is good for circulation.
Also, this isn’t ayurvedic, but it is used for erectile disfunction, it is called tongkat Ali and it is from malaysia.
