Give your answer to this question below!
Nirvana, I love most of those songs. Nirvana blew everyone away with that!
Nirvana, Nevermind.
Nirvana’s Nevermind. I’m pretty sure no one will pick Metallica’s lol
BloodSugarSexMagik
Metallica
Didn’t Guns n Roses have one too?
I’ve heard NONE of those albums.
😛
Not an easy choice but if I had to pick one I’d say Metallica Black closely followed be Pearl Jam Ten.
Probably Nevermind or Trompe le Monde.
I have to say Nevermind, just because of the fact that with that release, hair rock (or Glam) was finally killed off.
Nirvana did us all a HUGE favor!
It’s a three-way tie between Nirvana, Pixies and REM. Sorry.
I owned a lot of those on cassette…
From the list, Chili Peppers and Nirvana win for me, followed by G’N’R and Metallica (though I preferred the latter at the time…)
A few other good ones from 1991:
Soundgarden – Badmotorfinger (my absolute top pick)
GWAR – America Must Be Destroyed
Live – Mental Jewelry
Public Enemy – Apocalypse ’91
Metallica.
U2 – Achtung Baby
its just such a brilliant album, you can feel the hurt and the anger in the music, it gives me chills!
^_^
having seen your picture, and also having heard ‘loaded’ for the first time in the pub the other day, i’m gunna have to say screamadelica!
closely followed by use your illusion!
Even though Im more into the “VS.” to “NO CODE”era
ill go with Pearl Jam “TEN”. Thats strictly because
Pearl Jam is my favorite band and Id feel like doing them an
injustice by putting anything over them.Trompe le Monde and Nevermind are also favorites.
