Teak Furniture Pieces: Fairy Tales and Magic Spells
Once upon a time, there lived a gifted and talented carpenter named Geppetto who sold furniture for a living. With his son, Pinocchio, they constructed the best pieces of furnishings in the land of Happily Ever After. The secret of their success was due to the help of the blue fairy who told them of a kind of enchanted wood, teak, that was endowed with magical properties that can withstand extreme weather conditions and fungal attacks; so magical was teakwood that it becomes more beautiful and splendid over the years.
The fame of Geppetto’s teak furniture sets easily spread out to the castle. This was indeed a very timely opportune for the King and Queen as they prepare for a huge ball for Sleeping Beauty’s long awaited return from slumber. They set out their finest knights in armors headed by the Seven Dwarves to look for the carpenter’s house nestled in a village in the Enchanted Forest. While on their way, the cavalry stumbled upon the house of the Three Bears and camped there for a night. The gracious hosts let some of the dwarves in where they all noted various beautiful teak furniture and teak patio sets that filled their humble home. Some of the knights rested in the nearby house occupied by Little Red Riding Hood and his grandmother. They found them resting at the backyard lying on wonderful teak patio sets. Little Red Riding Hood’s friends, Hansel and Gretel, came over and invited the rest of the Seven Dwarves to come see their newly delivered teak furniture sets. All of them had a wonderful and peaceful rest for the night.
