playing cards (ie ace to king) and tarot cards originated from the same group of cards. The everyday playing cards being called the minor arcana and the tarot cards being the major arcana.
Whilst most people use tarot cards it is possible to read from the minor arcana .
I like to believe i have a better success rate than would be expected by chance.
