Question by sportsarelife207: Are psychologists shamans paper?
“Are psychologists shamans” is my topic for my paper but we are not supposed to write about this. We are supposed to come up with an experiment that demonstrates this and write a hypothesis. Any ideas? I am stuck

Given that ‘Shamans’ are supposedly able to communicate with spirits in the spiritual world, I would on the whole doubt this very much ~ unless there is someone who doubles up as a Shaman and a Psychologist ~ or even a Psychologist and a Shaman.
I don’t say that these two ‘systems’ are automatically at odds with each other, but it seems to me that they are not generally twins.
However, I can’t see a reason for why one cannot be a practitioner of the other ~ especially as there is invariably someone around who Knows more than I do or Knows someone who practices both. After all, I used to know the only practicing ”Jewish Homosexual Catholic” in the world (as far as I knew !).
