My guess would be doing Tarot via a non-physical medium such as a phone call, IM, computer program. A virtual assistant is one that works for someone via phone, email, and/or computer. Virtual is not in the physical, so it could include a real person connecting to you via something mechanical, or you working with Tarot in a non physical manner like the Tarot program Orphalese.
