Albert Runcorn (David O’Hara) was a Ministry of Magic employee during the Pius Thicknesse’s administration. His chief role is to intimidate and blackmail the Muggle-borns in the wizarding world. He was later found out to have falsified the documents regarding the real genealogy of Dirk Casewell.

Xenophilius Lovegood (Rhys Ifans) is the editor in chief of the tabloidal magazine The Quibbler. He is the single father of Luna Lovegood, after his wife was killed in a spell gone wrong.

Gregorovitch (Rade Serbedzija) is a well-known wandmaker. He once possessed the Elder wand, one of the Deathly Hallows and is considered as the most powerful wand in existence.
